To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated backoffice employee (m/f/d) for our dealership.

01 Your Tasks

  • General office duties and administrative support
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices as well as accounting support
  • Maintenance and management of our social media channels
  • Optimization and structuring of internal processes
  • Support in customer contact and consultation
  • Organization of daily business operations
  • Interface between sales, workshop, and administration

02 Your Profile

  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Experience in office or commercial areas (ideally in a dealership)
  • Basic knowledge in accounting
  • Affinity for social media and digital tools
  • Organizational talent and process understanding
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented demeanor
  • Confident handling of MS Office
